21 Day Nutrition Challenge

This Monday I am starting a Nutrition Challenge with our gym – Taylored Training in Kingston. In a nutshell, we are saying FU to Sugar and Grains for three weeks. Yes, that is why it is called a challenge – it will be tough.

This weekend I am preparing our kitchen and making “approved” snacks. I will also need to get creative with our dinners so we don’t become bored with the typical roast chicken with cooked vegetables on
