Okay, this is a cheater dessert in more than one way. There is nothing healthy about these and they are not made from scratch, but keep reading – they are SO good!! I made a double batch so I could share. I found the recipe on Pinterest and thought about it for two whole days until I could make them myself.
Use your favorite fudge brownie mix and follow the directions on the packages BUT leave out the water/milk. You will be replacing this liquid with a decadent substitute.
- Add 3/4 cup cookie dough ice cream (I used PC fully loaded ice cream)
- 1/2 jar of fudge sauce (I didn’t have any so I used Nesquick sauce)
Mix everything together (yes, the ice cream will melt into the batter) which may be a little thinner than normal.
Pour half the batter into a pan then layer:
- Oreo cookies in a single layer
Finish with the remaining batter on top. Bake as directed on the box. Yum Yum Yum. I love chocolate!
