
Kinda hungry… sweet tooth trumping your thoughts. How about a thick and creamy dessert smoothy?
To a blender add:
- 2 cups almond milk
- 1 – 2 tbs cocoa
- 1 table spoon all natural peanut butter
- 1 scoop chocolate protein powder
- 1/2 cup greek yogurt
- 1 large banana
Pour over ice and enjoy. If you skip the protein powder, or just like it sweeter, try adding a sprinkle of stevia
