
It was a beautiful New Years Day in Quebec City. After a little sleep in, my husband and I took advantage of the day and leisurely strolled around the snowy city. Around 4pm we stopped into a crepe restaurant on a main street. It was entirely awesome. Really, the best crepe I’ve ever had.
Mine was stuffed with shaved beef, bri cheese, mushrooms and asparagus. The side salad was layers of ripe vegetabls and I plan to find out the name so you can stop by yourself.
