Spaghetti (Squash) & Red Veg Sauce

A very veggie meal!
Prep time, cook time and eat time ~ 2 hours.

Cook the spaghetti squash in the oven for about 50 minutes. Cut the squash length-wise, gut it and place it on a cookie sheet face down in a little water. It is done when you can easily stick a fork through it.

You can prepare and cook the sauce during this time

  • Cube and cook chicken in a pan with a little olive oil (meat optional)
  • Chop veggies (I used mushroom, red pepper,broccoli and spinach) and cook them too
  • Add pasta sauce to the pan and heat all the toppings together

Fork out the squash onto a plate and top it with your Red Veggie & Meat Sauce – Enjoy!
