3 minute prep – Pork with shroom soup and veg

This recipe takes great, but there isn’t much too it. There is no creativity required, but as always, you can add your own spin based on what you have in store (aka home). The key is to start with good quality meat. We buy all our meat with the “local” sticker from John’s Deli.

  • Pork laid in a casserole dish (ours was bonelss, but chops are great too)
  • Franks hot sauce drizzled on top
  • 1/2 can mushroom soup pour over pork (I mixed in a little milk)
  • Pepper, fresh ground
  • Garlic cloves (I love whole baked garlic)

Bake at 350 for 20 minutes

In the same dish, or seperate (I used seperate to keep soup away from veg)

  • Broccoli, chopped (don’t be affraid to chop up some stem)
  • Red pepper, chopped (Very on sale right now at Food Basics)
  • Cabbage (only because I had it)

Drizzle with olive oil & ground pepper and stick it in the oven too.
