Okay, I am not one to brag…while, not publicly at least, but I recently made the best meatloaf ever. My husband and I both thought it was the best meatloaf we’ve ever had so we were pretty pumped! Black Bean Burgers

Tonight we had black bean burgs, cole slaw and cookies. It was a late dinner at 8:15pm. I got a little carried away in the dressing room at Joe Fresh.
