Easy peasy! Prep in 5 mins and cook for 30. You could pair this stuffed chicken with just about anything. Tonight, we had it with a simple salad of spinach topped with red pep, tomato and cucumber. I baked a dessert without chocolate. I’m not sure why I veered from my fave, but I did and they are great! I actually like lemon dessert quite a bit, and had a few very ripe lemons on hand so here’s what I’m eating today.
