Tonight I wanted to whip up a healthy muffin to take in our lunch. We often takeleftovers or sandwiches, but we always have sevear sides – ideally, at least one is home made. This recipe takes great, but there isn’t much too it. There is no creativity required, but as always, you can add your own spin based on what you have in store (aka home). My sister and I have the evening ahead of us and knew we should bake something chocolate. After toying with various cookie ideas, we decided on chocolate cupcakes.
